So Tom Cruise. What a kook, huh? And Paramount has cut all ties with him. He deserves it too. Those who haven't read up on scientology, you have to. It's hilarious. How could anyone believe in something as dumb as that? As opposed to say a religion like Christianity. Where God sends his only son to be born of a virgin and to suffer for all our sins including the big one when the first woman was tempted by a snake to eat from the Tree of Knowledge in the Garden of Eden.
(No, really, check it out. It's hilarious -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christiani
And btw, these PETA activists are a bunch of assholes and fuckheads. Don't they know that animals don't actually feel any pain? Animals only ACT like they feel pain. Because that's the way God made them! Also, meat is very tasty.
Five years ago, September 11, 2001. A day of horrific tragedy. A day of deep sorrow.
It was on this day that 24,000 people died of hunger. Like the day before that day. And the day after. And yesterday.

Also, if I had any ties with Tom Cruise I'd've cut them long ago! Why'd it take them so long, anyway?

Organized religion is just insanity by consensus. I take a lot of objection to the answers the Church peddles. Answers to question no one could ever answer.
What happens after we die? "You go to heaven."
Prove it.

Right on
I'm with ya dude. In class my professor brought up what today was and I thought to myself," by remembering what happened and bringing it up as something terrible that happened is actually making the terrorists win in a sense." Isn't that what they wanted? To instill fear upon us and gain control? As for the 240,000 people dying of hunger on this very same day well, I think I should make a button out of that but then again that may offend people who knew someone that died in 9/11 though there is someone out there who knows someone that died of hunger too it's just less heard of. Decisions decisions.
Religion: Tom Cruise is indeed one crazy mofo. So is the Pope, the President, *insert super relgious Jew here* *insert super religious muslim* * insert super religious hindu* etc and anyone out there that believes in such nonsense. Religion is an absurd way of answering questions that no one can answer.
PETA: Don't get me started! They were at the corner of my street not too long ago protesting. Oy!

Re: Right on
Isn't that what they wanted? To instill fear upon us and gain control? What they want is more specific than that I think. Something to do with the American Government's support for Israel, military bases in the middle east. Of course, you aren't going to hear about any of this in the news. They hate our freedom, yes, that must be it. Of course.

Please check update to post. It's actually 24,000 :D Point still stands though 24,000 >>> 3000

So, ga_woo, I am definitely not with a Terrorist organization such as PETA or Tom Cruise, and after writing this response, I will report PETA's Terrorist activity to the Homeland Security's hotline.

1) I don't think Tom Cruise is crazier than the average person.
2) I think PETA activists are so hated because we know they're right.
3) If I hear about what a tragedy 9/11 was one more time, I'm going to smuggle liquids onto a plane - maybe Gatorade.

Of course not. I estimate the following breakdown of topics:
Tom Cruise and what an idiot he is: 40%
9/11 and the tragic death of 3000 people: 40%
Lindsay Lohan/Jessica Simpson/Britney Spears/Hilary Duff: 10%
Miscellaneous: 10%
in other news: "Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have yet to show their baby daughter off in public, but eager fans were given an unusual preview with the chance to see a bronze cast depicting her (baby's) first solid stool."
I never thought I'd live to see a gold-plated turd :( Thank you.

There's nothing wrong with spirituality and faith. It's when we start to define our sense of the divine that we get into trouble.

1) I don't think there's any way to match by relevance and get images. I want the best match for each interest.
2) Can't get images for things like "being alone", "world peace" which is quite common in lj-interests.
3) I think I'll face other problems because of flickr's ToS.
And welcome back, btw

It's been a long time. Why? I remember something about vegans in which he insists that he eats two animals for every one a vegan doesn't eat. I'm actually parodying PETA-haters. It's the opposite.
I didn't know it used yahoo. Is that just preferrence on your part or was there another reason?
Yahoo's rate-limiting is per IP and not per developer token, unlike Google.
